I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Get in, use the generous employee discount, and get out.

    Cons

The worst management I have ever encountered in my life. I've never met a group of people so fake and cold-blooded. They promote a culture of "nice" but the back-stabbing is rampant. You will work your butt off for a meager wage and be unappreciated. Also, the favoritism there is awful. If you can speak Chinese you can break the rules and get away with it. Everyone else is expendable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop treating people like garbage.
