    Cons

sometime being open 24-hours was rough especially when the someone from the next shift called off.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

I gained some really awesome acquaintances working here. Through this job, I was able to improve my leadership skills as well as my ability to balance my workload between work and school.

    Cons

Management caused a lot of stress. People are constantly leaving, and it is really hard to keep a strong team. This, in turn, caused even more stress.

    Advice to Management

Work with your team and work out any problems as soon as possible. Furthermore, don't be a hypocrite and treat every team member equally.

    Pros

The customers are extremely loyal and kind. You get so much face to face interaction and can do many different tasks while you're there so it's never boring.

    Cons

They are long days and customers can always be challenging. The store I worked in was always in disrepair somehow. It was never clean because our owner would not allow the overtime we needed to get the place clean (on top of the customer service demand). There was also constant turn over which made training a necessity almost every day.

    Advice to Management

I would ensure that every store has working machine and the owners are not just pocketing the extra profit. I have run into countless times where we are in need of an upgrade but the owner refused because it was "too expensive" but they bought 2 vacation homes and take vacations every 2 weeks.

    Pros

Decent job with flexibility and some co-workers are fun.

    Cons

Unfortunately a lot of drama caused by the drug-addicts and management changed over to people who couldn't do a basic job of an employee.

    Advice to Management

Make sure everyone is treated fairly and talking down to people encourages them to find a new job. Trust me. DRUG TEST PEOPLE!!!

    Cons

must work shift yourself if you can';t find coverage. This includes overnights and days off. Early start. Don't bother to apple if you can't wake up early or get to work on time.

    Advice to Management

hard to make suggestions because you get shut down right away because higher than management is close minded.

    Pros

coffee? I don't drink coffee so it wasn't for me

    Cons

too many food and drink choices. I'm a fast learner and I still didn't know all the possibilities. Some things aren't even on the menu, like at all. Training videos are good but impossible to fully remember. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Fire ppl that are not productive and refuse to listen to you.
