    HIgh Pressure Environment.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsGreat bonuses, and free services.

ConsThere is such high pressure to sell that many of the reps started to develop less than ethical practices. Some of these practices were encouraged by supervision. Also not enough emphasis on customer satisfaction leads to all host of issues to tech appoints, to customer's accounts being messed up. To me this company is the epitome of what is wrong with the corporate culture today. Greed and short term quarterly gains in stead of long term success and a decent company ethos.

Advice to Senior ManagementNothing problems with this company are mostly due to laws that put stockholder profits first. All issues are systemic.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Good until it become sales first then customer service second

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGetting to work with people

ConsIf you dont meet sales goals you are out.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe happy that your reps are keeping customer happy and retaining them as customer instead of making it all about sales. Happy customers will stay with you, but if all you do is try to force services on them they dont want they will go with another company who wont do that.. Take the customer needs into consideration instead of what you want them to have.

    VP

Vice President IT (Current Employee) New York, NY

    ProsPhysical work environment. Great benefits.

ConsVery political. Crushing at times. You have to learn to play the game in order to get ahead. Doesn't matter if you were effective in delivering. It is all on who you know and relationships.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need true accountability. Without displaying this at the top, teams will never be motivated to succeed.

    Overall positive experience.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat benefits and communicative executive leadership. Innovative and ever-changing business environment. Recently adopted a practice to allow employees to explore opportunities throughout the various companies.

ConsThe corporate organization is rather small and as such, higher level executives tend to be in their roles for so long that their decision making can become stagnant. The culture is decidedly a boys' club and it can be evident which team members have already been selected for upward mobility.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake a look at some of your long term leaders and determine whether or not a change is in order.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
