Excellent benefits and a nice company to work for. Good middle management and interesting project, while it lasted. Company made excellent products but lacked the proper marketing strategy.Cons
Top management did not stay more than 3 years on top and, had made many mistakes due to the disconnect with the US way of marketing. Unfortunately, it trickled down and affected employees, customers and vendors.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stay longer as President and/or CEO and adopt to the local community. Also, software and hardware are completely different, when it comes to marketing. The facilities are large and in a beautiful location. (Nearby gym membership is subsidized)
There are bonus opportunities.
