    Pros

Great benefits, steady wages. Flexible / friendly management courteous

    Cons

Lazy management who expect you to meet unrealistic goals who pressure their wage workers so much and micro manage them into exhaustion and or burn out then they replace u . Hazing by older employees.

    Advice to Management

Stop running your morning shift people so hard and trying to weed people out that don't fit in and watching surveillance video to your labor needs convenience

  2. Horrible.

    Pros

The people on the lines are wonderful, and care about quality and building a quality product. However, it is sad to see the line workers mistreated.

    Cons

My job was totally misrepresented, and the ethics were atrocious. I have seen it all. Theft. Deception.

    Advice to Management

Don't try to achieve financial goals by suspending operating budgets for the last four months of the fiscal year. Yes, there will be return on shareholder equity, but the business units are junkyards.

    Pros

Pay and benefits were average. Flexible hours.

    Cons

As an engineer, a Union workforce which makes implementing changes and improvements a difficult task. Management afraid to stand up to union. Unqualified manager(s) in key roles that were unwilling to make/enforce changes and support ideas that would improve the business. Senior leadership could talk the talk but never walked the walk.

    Advice to Management

Have people in management roles that are good mentors. Anytime I brought an issue to my manager it was always "What are you going to do about it?". If I knew I wouldn't be coming to you with the issue.
