    Pros

Generous employee discount and clothing allowance. Customers love to shop this brand so sales are not that difficult.

    Cons

Brand is undergoing major changes and experiencing growing pains. Budgets are always tight and they are more focused on making sales plans than caring for their employees. Upper management does not practice buddy values- they are non existent as favoritism exists and favorite managers get promoted even though they dont have the results to back it up. Not a fair environment for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to all employees. Give career choices to the managers that express their desire to grow and promote the managers that are making a difference in their stores and have always had great performances in their stores.

    Pros

The brand is still very strong and has lots of room for growth.

    Cons

Too many of the managers are busy playing politics and "managing up".

    Advice to Management

Learn to manage down...most managers are spending all their time managing up and playing politics.

Retail hours but they accommodate you as much as possible, small group of employees per store, room to move up in the company.

    Cons

weekends and night shifts, feels a little understaffed at times, customers are not always the nicest and holidays you cannot request off

    Advice to Management

make your hard working employees happy and they will stay with you longer. the customer should not always be right you should side with your employee more then them

    Pros

-Extreme growth company - company is doing well -If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and don't mind lack of structure/process you will like it -Great product and employee discounts

    Cons

-Losing much of the culture and heart that has made the company so successful -Largely young population that management treats in a very "old-school" manner -Low pay for lower level employees - no LTI for below VP level and low bonus for manager level and below -Very long work hours and not much flexibility with work arrangements

    Advice to Management

Focus on your employee population - offer flexible work arrangements and provide infrastructure that works for employees on the move.
