Pros – The job is tough and it is in a very competitive market. If you're not looking for a challenge, then you wouldn't be a good fit.

Cons – It's a challenge. It takes hard work for 1-2 years to really get established. The executive team and marketing teams work together to provide some awesome rewards for the employees though.

Pros – TQL is a company like none other. There is literally no cap to how much money you can make here. If you're willing to put in the time and effort you can be making six figures within 2-3 years. They provide you with every tool you need in order to be successful.

Cons – Not really a con, but more of a truth: No one forces you to work 50-60 hours a week but in order to be successful here that is what it takes. If making $100,000+ a year could be done while working 40 hour weeks then everyone could be successful at sales. You need to be willing to put in the hard work and effort to see big results.

Pros – Working at TQL has been a very rewarding career move. I handle my own book of business from rates with trucks to rates with customers and there is no limit on how many customers I can have. Uncapped commissions and great benefits as well. The office has a team atmosphere and others are always willing to help out. We work hard and we play hard with team outings and patio parties. Wide open work space with no cubicles creates constant interaction with coworkers.

Cons – On call 24/7 and you are tethered to your cell phone when not in the office. Although this may not sound great it is a chance to make money as customers can call at anytime needing a load moved. Long hours, if you cannot put in the time you will not make it. They hours may be long, but the reward is worth it in the end.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing investing in technology and soon enough we will be number one.

Pros – It's a great opportunity to make a lot of money quickly. There are numerous employees with less than 2.5 years tenure making over $100k. The atmosphere is motivating - everyone around you is hungry and like-minded and everyone pushes each other to get to the next level. The technology and training are top-notch, and you are given literally everything you need to be successfull, all it takes is you to actually do the work. We have happy hours and patio parties and things of that nature which foster a fun environment. Ultimately though, the biggest pro of the job is being able to control how much you make, while having the safety of a base pay.

Cons – It's a lot of work. Nothing worthwhile comes easy, and this is no exception. You do have to work some Saturdays and be available for after hours calls, but they aren't excessive. I can also say that during the interview, they were very clear about the expectations. There's no surprises.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing. The growth, both physically in offices, as well as our numbers speak for themselves. I'm thrilled to be a part of this.
