    Pros

You have the potential to go from nothing to making 6 figures in under 2 years, and it is very realistic. You are not held back because of the uncapped commission structure, and it is 100% true that the work you put in reflects the paychecks you receive. Most positions are promoted from within so the growth opportunities are there. The company values integrity, and leadership is motivated to making the company the best it can be.

    Cons

The job is very stressful at times and can become frustrating. It usually takes at least a few months to see the results of your work. You have to make a lot of cold calls while building your book of business, work hard while in the office, and then be on call 24/7.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, and keep doing everything you can to grow the company.

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Uncapped earning potential and the ability to earn great pay in a relatively short amount of time.
Ability to move up into a Lead or Management role in an organization that almost exclusively promotes from within.
Relaxed company culture that allows people to be themselves at work and promotes great team building activities in and out of the office.
Management that is very available to speak with anytime and is going to push you towards your goals, genuinely want you to succeed.
Great training program, which continues past the initial 6 months with leadership development.

    Cons

Working hours will be long (50-60 hrs/wk), especially in the first 1-2 years while developing a clientele, and a limited amount of paid time off during that time too. However, if someone realistically wants to make 100K+ in 3 or 4 years, they should probably anticipate working that much or more in any organization.
Base pay is low during the initial training/sales ramp up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep trying to find the right candidates with a genuine drive to succeed and tireless work ethic. Slackers or those looking for the easiest path definitely need not apply.

    Pros

If you're willing to work hard and dedicate yourself, it's amazing what you can achieve at TQL. You need to implement the coaching that's given, and you will become successful.

    Cons

If you can call it a con, it's very difficult. Anything worth achieving isn't going to be easy. This is the road less traveled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to accept nothing less than great results. It pushes people to achieve what they never thought possible.

    Pros

You're giving all the tools you need to succeed and its up to you to put in the work to make it happen. Great environment, endless opportunity for success, and best of all you have the autonomy to run your book of business in the best way you see fit.

    Cons

Lots of hard work is required to be successful. You have to work your butt off to get your book of business built. Takes a lot of patience and persistent to succeed.

    Pros

It’s the only place I know where you can REALLY get out what you put in. You get compensated for exactly what you do. That’s what first attracted me to TQL. The challenge, the people, and the chance to be a part of something special kept me hear.

Biggest Pro: Our people are our greatest focus.

    Cons

Any work that's as rewarding as this, requires actual work. Don’t expect to end up somewhere special if you aren’t willing to work for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep it up.

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Where to begin? TQL Cleveland is one of the best work enviornments I have ever been apart of. Yes, there is ping pong, golden tee, corn hole, etc... but thats not what makes TQL Team CLE such a great company to be apart of. It's the fantastic culture built by thier wonderful people. From management to employees to the training staff and everyone in between. While the main goal of everyone here is to make money for yourself, you really feel like part of a team. We are a family. Its a group of excellent professionals, battling in the trenches day in and day out willing to lend a hand at the drop of hat. The leadership is impeccable, willing to drop whatever it is their doing to help you out at ANY time of the day. The management really makes you feel at home and part of the team from the second you walk through the threshold. The training program is second to none. With ample time and the right tools given to each employee really leaves you no excuse not to be successful in the fast paced world of logistics. While expectations are high (as they should be to not only TQL but yourself) you really do have an endless amount of support company wide for every aspect of this job.

    Cons

If I have to type something (which i have to due to the 25 word minimum) I would say the hours. This is a 24/7/365 company, which is just one of the many reasons for their continued growth and success. You spend a lot of time at the office and problems do occure outside of "normal" business hours. It comes with the territory and if you're not spending a lot of time building your book of business or resolving issues, you're going it wrong! Employees get out of this job exactly what they put into it and quite frankly what they deserve. Everyone is here to make money to enjoy the luxuries that life has to offer and if you put in the time, the sky is the limit!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managment is great. While expectations are high they afford employees every benefit of an employee can ask for along with helping out in anyway possible when unexpected life events happen. The perks out way the negatives ten fold.

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

TQL gives you all the tools needed to succeed. A true team oriented environment is very rare in sales companies, but we have strong team players, and everyone wants to help each other. Uncapped earning potential is obviously great and the ability to quickly advance within the company through hard work is unparalleled to any other company I've seen. Management really does notice your hard work.

    Cons

We do work in a very stressful industry which comes with many challenges. We have to be the bearer of bad news at times. Cold calling is tough, but it's all worth it when your hard work pays off. TQL does an amazing job helping with work-life balance, however it isn't perfect. Answering the phone dealing with issues at all hours of the night/weekend can be tough, but again totally worth it.

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The speed at which you can advance positions is un-matched. I have been with TQL for just under two years and have been promoted twice and am already a Sales Team Leader. Bottom line...if you are willing to put the time and hard work in, you can and will excel here!

    Cons

Forcing yourself to stay motivated to stay on the phone can be a challenge on some days, but when you realize the earnings potential it definately brings the drive back.

    Pros

Uncapped commission. Run your own business under the TQL umbrella. Company is always having events and outings for employees. Promote from within the company most of the time.

    Cons

100% commission jobs always have turnover, you just have to realize that going in and accept it, dont let it scare you away.
