    The pay seems to be very good for the type of work entailed.

    Any work you get after this will be a vacation

    Low salary for the amount of work (due to the industry price pressure)

    Pros

    The office culture is great. The people actually care. The company offers tons of training for the associates which is a huge plus.

    Cons

    You can put in a lot of hours during peak times of the year.
    The pay for support staff isn't bad but it's not great either

    The office is very casual, pretty much 9-5 hours and pleasant atmosphere.
    Fairly good social scene.

    Cons

    Most of the more senior staff don't mix much, but some are very friendly.
    Sometimes there are no proper office do's for long periods.

    If you are lucky and have a great manager, then they will do everything they can to help you succeed in your career. There is very good career mobility and projection here.
