    Pros

Learning and development opportunities, so you can have your studies funded if you want a professional qualification. Working hours are also great

    Cons

the only thing that lets tw down like most other companies are those people who have been in an organisation for years and years and are not welcoming of other people.

    Advice to Management

You're doing a very well, keep up the good work. Although I would say spend more time training those brought on to the team that are not experienced.

I have been working at Towers Watson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Spare no expenses when it comes to exams and trainings. Almost everyone you work with here seems to be a genius. Very smart and kind coworkers who are hard working.

    Cons

Can be somewhat stressful at times but the majority of it is usually a result of poor time management on my part. lots of coworkers work a regular 9 to 5 and a weekend or 2 throughout the year.

    Advice to Management

    keep doing what youre doing!

I have been working at Towers Watson full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Towers Watson is a successful company and a great company to work for because of their talented, dedicated and hard-working associates. TW offers pension, 401k and work/life balance.

    Cons

Although they give credits for medical beneftis, employees will still need to give their share (minimal cost). Employees still need to meet their deductible and it can be costly.
