    You don't get paid much for all the work you are doing. Customer's can be very rude!

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities to work in different areas.

    Cons

    There is a large contractor work force, and the actual employee work force is small in comparison. This means that there is quite a bit of fluidity in the environment, and there are many times where knowledge has not been properly transferred.

    Make sure employees have the proper background/training for the function they are performing.

    Great benefits, awesome sales experience when having to build a client base from the ground up.

    Cons

    Politics, hours, management feeling power taken away/ control when great sales associates go above and beyond expectations.
