    Pros

the company provides you with base pay as well as training which is very comprehensive.

    Cons

Poor management long hours over saturated market hard to find good laborers to fill job orders that come all too rarely Mileage log is way too specific and tedious

    Advice to Management

Do not take your employees out and have them pay for your drinks and meals as well as their own. Additionally, speak to and treat your employees with respect.

Not one. What a joke. They don't tell you everything up front.

    Cons

After I was hired I was told I had to pay $9000 into my own unemployment before I made a penny in commission. This took an average of 6 months. If you not young sinal person, stay away.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Only pro was the other two people in the office seemed nice

    Cons

Went to apply for a job in Kentucky and I heard the tall guy who I think was the manager talking about how old I was. Then I kept hearing him talk about how all construction workers are pieces of crap. I then interviewed with another guy but never mentioned it tohim. If this "manager" cares that little about his applicants then I would bet he treats his employees bad.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring managers that are sleezy car salesmen types

    Pros

Good Industry. Co-workers are great. They provide you with a cell phone and tablet. Good base salary if your an entry level sales person around. Your allowed to drink alcohol during at the office.

    Cons

Micro managing to another level. you must log at least 30 contacts a day in the crm system. They want you to log a note after you hit each door. They tell you will get fired if you dont. If your customers dont pay you on time and your not successful in collecting you will get fired. If you dont fill out the paperwork correctly you will get fired. You must come in to the office daily at 3pm.

    Advice to Management

Be honest during the hiring process and dont promise and under deliver.Dont tell reps you can make six figures in the first year. Dont threaten employees on a daily basis. Its hard to focus on selling when your worried about getting fired all the time.

    Pros

Good pay (if you actually get what they told you)

    Cons

I've been sent on multiple jobs where there was no safety equipment whatsoever, you can hardly ever get in contact with the job foremans, and job details always change last minute. I dragged up on a job the other day after no one was at the jobsite so I went to check in my hotel room which wasn't booked, called the foreman to no avail. Tradesmen rep got on the phone and said they were all at the jobsite and I needed to get back to work, went back to the site and still no one was around so I decided to go home. Now tradesmen is trying to say I just quit and they won't pay for anything

    Advice to Management

Don't F over your employees and get out on the jobsite so you can have an idea of what's going on actually
