I worked at Tradesmen International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I was subjected to a wide variety of trade work. Although I did not take advantage of the offers, many of the companies I worked for through tradesman gave me job offers with very competitive salaries.

    Cons

I really have nothing to say for the cons, everyones experience with this company is different, I had a good one.

I have been working at Tradesmen International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible, keep you working, pay better than any other job if you aren't a craftsman, diversity

    Cons

lack of communication with employess in the office and those in the field. (feels like you're working for the man"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Explain to field employees more regularly why Tradesman is NOT a staffing service and it has immense benefits. i.e being able to work at other job sites if you get canned, why field employees don't get ludacrisly high wages (which seem to be expected for some reason), and why the service of providing consistent employment is the greatest benefit of the job.

I have been working at Tradesmen International

    Pros

Training availability, great benefits, respect and care for both office and field employees, opportunity for growth and input. There is always someone available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. This company is very well organized. Every thing they do has a strategic purpose that concentrates on profit and how to benefit it's employees, customers and community.

    Cons

I don't like working in a cubicle. It is difficult at times to concentrate on my work when I can hear what everybody else is saying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. I appreciate your leadership skills and hope to learn more about this company and eventually step up into a leadership position.
