    Pros

insurance benefits are great, pensions are still an option for retirement, excellent work to life ratio available depending on the position

    Cons

management can be aloof which can happen with a home office in a different country, must deal with an aging asset profile with limited opportunity to upgrade

    Advice to Management

better outline the needs of the business and what it will take for employees to get to the next level. in addition maintain a stronger set of managers that want to manage, not just receive a manager's paycheck/bonus structure

    Pros

Was given an excellent relocation package when when job moved to new location. Nice office and diverse work environment.

    Cons

Limited advancement opportunties. Unable to establish growth with performance reviews.

    Advice to Management

It would be awesome if steps for advancement were spelled out. You can work really hard and not know what management wants in order to gain promotion. Senior managment are great people but keep their distance from the worker bee empoyees. I would like to see senior management attend staff meetings for teambuilding. No company is perfect but their is hope for positive outcome here.
