    Great pay
    Competent colleagues and management
    Strong work ethics
    Flexible hours (for salary)
    Financially sound and stable


    Ruthless in layoffs (3 layoffs in 12 months)
    Corporate office dictates how things are done in individual divisions
    Constantly changing priorities making it difficult for employees to focus on their work (partly due to resource constraints)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to seek new opportunities. Need to separate between Sales & Product Management so that the focus is there between getting new business as well as satisfying current customers. Get rid of the month-end 'meet the sales target' mentality. If we want to improve, we should continue to do that every week, not just during the last week of the fiscal month. All in all - great job!
