    Pros

    Experience
    Great colleagues
    Good first job
    Good training
    Good environment

    Cons

Benefits package has been incrementally cut evrry year for the last 3 years
Compensation is always on the low end in comparison to equivalent positions elsewhere. This used to be offset by the benefits, but as per my comment above, that is no longer the case
The bonuses keep getting smaller along with annual raises.
Some management treats their staff like incompetant pack mules

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more and you will lose fewer good people.
Listen to the advice of front line staff and you will make better business decisions

    Pros

Starting pay is decent, usually around $11 / hr (in California).
    Good benefits.

    Cons

Terrible rates on currency results in LOTS of angry customers who will take their wrath out on you.
Company tends to take away bonus structures.
Not much room to advance without relocating.

    Advice to Management

Your employees deserve to make more money for how they get treated by rude customers

lots of overtime, monthly bonuses when goal is made

    Cons

can take up a lot of personal time, management had a lot of last minute communications, you might be required to work long shifts alone at a store while being told they will hire someone,

    Advice to Management

more communication, more pay for the responisbilty gived

    Pros

There are always interesting people to meet, since they're either coming from or will be going abroad. It's also pretty neat to see currency from other countries.

    Cons

Exchange rates are in no way competitive, so this service tailors mostly to people who don't know that their bank can get them foreign currency or who waited to the last minute to get what they need. It's just like any other sales job, where the wrath of the customer gets unleashed at you instead of at the corporate mucky-mucks who determine the prices and fee structure.

    Pros

competitive benefits, management is putting more effort into making a better work environment.

    Cons

no clear direction/management. Penny wise and pound foolish. There's internal struggles between departments (have a cover your ass mentality). The company seems to prefer hiring outside the company instead of promoting/rewarding their good employees.

    Advice to Management

Improve the office culture and communicate the direction of the business to the whole company.
