    I have been working at TriStar full-time

    Pros

    Great Management, especially the President of the company.They care about their employees and support them in any way they can. Best in class technical team and support.

    Cons

    I would say work-life balance but this is really the case with any sales job. Salaries aren't the greatest but decent comp plan if you make your quota.

    Advice to Management

    Better marketing would be beneficial.

    Pros

    good group of co-workers, although work load it not obtainable, management understands

    Cons

    disorganized, heavy work loads, multiple jurisdictions and clients, multiple computer systems, difficult work / life balance. Benefits aren't as competitive as other TPA companies

    Pros

    Weekly paycheck and a good insurance plan with good benifets. Friendly pepale and the job overall is easy and is not to stressfull.

    Cons

    No growth the company is only growing 1 store every 2 years at best. grreat if you have no plans to move beyond were you start.

    Advice to Management

    look elsewere if you want growth. They promise everything but because of the lack of growth can not deliver and what they promise

    Pros

    The chance to meet new contacts and people around the area, also the opportunity to learn about a lot of diferents types of technologies with diferent customers markets

    Cons

    Is a lot of responsibilites to manage all the principlas linde cards and try to generate new opportunities for each one, and trips are needed constantly around the area
