I worked at TriVium Systems full-time

Pros – Small company so you get to wear many hats and gain experience in many areas. Location is right on a busline, 3 weeks PTO to start.

Cons – No room for advancement and pay is fairly poor. They will expect a lot from you and sometimes if you don't live up to the expectation, the punishment is public humiliation in the way of yelling and berating you in staff meetings.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay people what they are worth. Hire an HR department

flexible work timing
small place but lots to do
management responsive to employee needs
helpful seniors

Cons – bad management of financials
management does not know its goals
close to no communication with management personnel
too much dependence on one person to take care of company

Advice to Senior Management – get out of safe mode
take risks
throw out incompetent people and keep competent people not vice versa
communicate to the employyes the company standings surely employees will be more loyal.
