A good place to work out of college for 2-4 years, but not where you want to spend your career.

Senior Associate (Former Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsTriage holds your hand out of college and introduces you to the world of business through basic training programs, on-the-job training, and endless happy hours.

ConsThe work is 10% Consulting and 90% arguing with insurance companies about collections.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more transparent in what job you are offering to potential employees. Many students feel that when they are leaving to work at a "Consulting" company, they will spend the majority of their time working on consulting projects. In reality, associates and seniors spend the vast majority of their time arguing with outsourced insurance company representatives with little understanding of correct payment practice.

ProsFun place to work with lots of team building activities. Some projects offer the opportunity to travel. They hire new grads.

ConsVery structured. Hard to get ahead because it's all based on seniority. Expensive to live in San Francisco. Rents are high.

    Good company, great people.

Associate (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsI've enjoyed my brief stint at Triage greatly - the employee experience empathizes to recently graduated college students. It's a great first job out of college.

ConsTo prefac - the pros do outweigh the cons. One concern that some may have is the somewhat necessary engagement with events outside of work. While it does build camraderie among Triagers, it may also divide those without any interest to be around their co-workers all the time.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management is great. They should continue to aim upward and grow the company throughout the US.

Wonderful first job to build a solid skill set and meet fantastic people

Senior Associate (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsTriage has excellent employees and a thriving culture - it is a great transition out of college and into the workplace. The company has built my professional skill set from business writing to formal presentation and beyond, and I'm quite confident that I could walk into any situation and handle any challenge effectively and professionally.

ConsTriage only has one career path, so it's difficult to explore other career opportunities within the firm. That being said, it's not impossible - the company definitely gives you the opportunity to get involved with anything you like, but your position and career direction will always remain the same.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
