    Pros

I have been working at Triple Point Technology full-time

    Pros

    - competitive salary
    - good benefits
    - open ability to move within the organization
    - does a good job fostering idea generation and collaborative design

    Cons

    - business decisions are often far more reactive than proactive
    - will do anything to land a sale, then leave mess for everyone else to clean up
    - has bought multiple software products over recent years, but if not part of main product line, then you are a second class citizen

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While it is understandable that not all products come with same license fees, treat members of different product lines as equals. And just because processes have been in place for years, doesn't mean the practices of newly acquired companies are bad.

I have been working at Triple Point Technology (more than 5 years)

    Pros

You can learn commodity business which has quite niche market. It is a small company so you can be doing multiple tasks which is good for learning. You can have beer with CEO if that matters.

    Cons

Salaries and benefits are ok, not great for the region where it is located.
There is no management or corporate culture so if you are coming from a big company it will surprise you. All things can be done in a adhoc way. There are very few processes. It is still run like a small business (may be now bit better than mom and pop shop). Every few year company gets sold, only senior management benefits at the cost of employees. Not a company to stay long term unless you are lazy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be professional and be authentic

I worked at Triple Point Technology full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Salaries are above market average. Clients are some of the biggest companies in the world. Often interesting work. International scope and possibilities. The software is very up-to-date, so at least you are getting to play with current technologies. Also exposure to world-class systems, e.g. Oracle, etc.

    Cons

Inexperienced managers, also sometimes disorganised management. Also, now that they have been sold to ION, salaries have been cut and there has been no indication of company strategy, which is ridiculous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do some training.

    Pros

Learn about the commodities business. You can learn many modules, You get to work with many different customers.

    Cons

Code is awful. They asked all the computer science questions in the interview but when you looked in the code then you find that they are not applied. So who wrote the code and how were they hired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are not clear about the direction of the company.
