Cons – Most people are ignorant and don't understand how to tip.

Advice to Senior Management – Do what you can to increase overall intelligence about tipping since you want your servers to do the most of the work.

Pros – The job was a breeze; the clientele was already there, so all you have to do is be hospitable and wear a smile. Management listens when you need to talk, and they're in the process of revamping the company image.

Cons – Lots of immature "teeny bopper" employees, Rude clientele, low menu prices, large variance in income potential, management disorganization during revamp of company image
