    Pros

If you put yourself out there, you'll have the ability to work on some great projects for the senior level people, and they give you the recognition that you deserve for the work you put in.

    Cons

The main con is a lack of opportunity for new hires. I've heard quite a few people say that the company is not growing.

    Pros

Get company with excellent benefits. Good people and the manager I has was beyond awesome. Very flexible and concerned about my personal and professional goals.

    Cons

I can't say that every manager is great, I have heard many horror stories. Salary was in the lowest of the part of the range, moral has slipped since the layoffs in 2014, ton of work with less employees to handle it, a lot of the perks have dissolved

    Advice to Management

Base salary is important, make sure you pay your employees what they are truly worth, continue to create work like balance in the midst of all the changes within the company

    Pros

Great company. Great benefits. Great people.

    Cons

Culture has changed since layoffs and new CEO. Used to be very focused on the employees. Now only focused on bottom line. Great, talented employees layed off.

    Advice to Management

Think of ways to maintain bottom line and keep valuable, talented employees.

    Pros

Benefits are amazing. Culture has been great. It's very diverse (Top 50 Diverse Company). Atlanta is a great place to live if you like the heat.

    Cons

Culture is changing...not necessarily for the better. After the layoffs in 2014, a lot of good talent has been jumping ship to other companies. For the most part, there is a bit of unease with the direction of the leadership. The new CEO is all about the numbers and the bottom line. There is an apparent lack of transparency at the top regarding the future of the company.

    Pros

incredible brands that are a pleasure to work with. Also overall there is a great environment and an amazing set of professionals.

    Cons

Lack of entrepreneurial spirit. Current structure does not reward outside the box ideas and are set on protecting a mode that might not exist in the long run

    Advice to Management

Create opportunities for newcomers to thrive. The industry is expected to radically change but structure is set in its old ways
