I have been working at Turner Construction full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Turner has completed many impressive projects across the nation and the globe. This experience opens up a lot of opportunities for the company and the company spends a lot of time training its employees and embracing new technology.

    Cons

As a large company change comes slowly and even thought there is a focus on new technology it is hard to get buy in for major changes from corporate. Offices vary a lot, some are excellent and some just okay. Turner is not a private company and has a lot of back of house cost which makes it difficult to be cost competitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more engaged in day to day employee activities and focusing on how to build well and less focused on the data and less focused on just metrics, industry and performance data. Overall focus more on b people and less on data and acronyms.
