Coworkers treat you like family, but not a great place for a career.

I have been working at Turning Stone full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good team work depending on the department you're in. Usually will work with your schedule. Decent benefits.

    Cons

Benefits for part time employees are slim, including PTO. Rarely get pay raises or incentives even if you have worked there a long time or have good reviews. Required to work weekends and most holidays. Don't offer sick days and will take away PTO days if you call in. Rarely encourages personal growth or doesn't give the means to do so. Not very concerned with the health of their employees or how the job duties affect the health of their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more incentives to work. Give annual raises. Give sick days and more PTO days.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Turning Stone

    Pros

For the area it pays well and great benefits. A very friendly place to work. It is not a physically exhausting job.Turning Stone hires most of it supervisors and management from within the organization.

    Cons

It hard getting days off, and most likely they have you scheduled for every holiday through out the year, and probably every weekend throughout the year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every employee should get at least one weekend off every month, or at least set a reward system where employees can get some weekends off every few months.

Try to coordinate better so employees do not have to ask for days off like 2 months in advance it should be like 2 weeks in advance
