I worked at Tyco Thermal Controls full-time
Pros – Relaxed Atmosphere, Decent People, Paid holidays. Very easy to master the task at hand and become proficient. Best place to start a career for recent college grads also a good place for people with families because the company is understanding about the demands a family brings.
Cons – A lot of brown nosing to get ahead, sometimes the work you put forward just isn't good enough if you are not close with someone.
Everyday is like the day before, not a lot of new challenges except for dealing with a department filled with young adults.
Very easy to spot who is well liked and who is not liked.
Not a very good place for someone who is very career orientated because there is not much you can do with the experience you get.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep your eyes open because a few bad seed can corrupt the whole bunch, also managers have to try to be examples for the employees to follow.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Benefits are good when hired for regular
People of many culture and age are employed there
Has a lot of overetime
Cons – Old line company using equipment that at times is over 30 years old. As result break downs occur frequently.
People can be very nice, but it definitely is "old School" , don't make waves with your manager
Located in two different cities that nearby, but you may need to drive a lot if required to service both sites.
