    Pay is low for mid level management.

    Mid level Sales Managers need to be paid more. Reps should not be able to make more than their leader. There's no incentive to want to get promoted.

    The company is led by strong senior leaders with a focus on amazing company culture equating to great customer service and strong end results.

    Requires a lot of flexibility to be in the wireless industry. The only thing that is constant is that it will be constantly changing.

    great culture, great team, great peers. senior leadership is open to new ideas from all aspects of the organization. Feedback goes both ways, a true learning and teaching environment

    sometimes allows poor performance to go on for too long before it is addressed, reactive in offerings of products and services
