    Pros

    Work environment is friendly, co worrkers always helpful and management always involved. There is always room for growth and employment advancement. Benefits/vacation are great.

    Cons

    Low pay they don't seem to want to compete for great staff to keep them. Technology obsolete and behind the times.
    Systems crash continuously meaning down time and poor client service. Every upgrade comes with more crashes and headaches.

    Pros

    Staff was friendly, senior management team was very supportive. Definitely significant opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

    Very high turnover rate and could have a more structured analyst program. The financial services industry has ups and down and i get that the cyclial nature of the industry probably had an effect.
