I worked at UC Davis part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Surrounded by student coworkers that become some of your best friends. Flexible hours, great benefits for students, and decent pay. Gives a lot of helpful experience for future endeavors.

    Cons

During the few busy times during the year, there can be a lot of hours in a given week--can be detrimental if you have midterms or finals or homework, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing! More student benefits never hurt.

I have been working at UC Davis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The resources and potential for collaborative work at UC Davis is extensive. The faculty is top-notch. The grad school environment is very interdisciplinary, and there are a lot of active student groups and extension work on campus.
