    Pros

    Gov't job, pays into PERS and not Social Security.

    Cons

    No clear direction from management. No investment into the employees

    Pros

    The workers are great and care about there job.

    Cons

    I've had 4 very positive reviews, however I make less then I did 4 years ago. From mandatory 55 work weeks to increases in insurance from employees to now an overall 10% company wide wage reduction. It's time to find a company that values me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value your employees, not your family's opinion. We're all highly educated, and non of you are, yet you don't listen to us and your business continues to falter, and everyone in that company has resumes out.

    There are many thing to learn and get overview knowledge

    Cons

    The rule is not clear for Div Job definition, The resource is not enough to meet target

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Top manager need to review the strategy of company, The mission must be possible and challenge, don't give poor resource and ask employee to meet target only
