    Pros

Benefits are available to part time supervisors and employees after a certain length of time. You know what is expected of you by management.

    Cons

There's a strong culture of deception at this company. It seems like more documents than should be are being falsified in order to satisfy bewildering metrics. The pay is not great, and full time jobs are scarce, requiring in excess of a decade or two of service.

    Advice to Management

    Sweeping reforms are needed.

    Pros

Steady work. M-F Work with great guys.

    Cons

Short shifts, only 3.5 hours. You clear in a week what other people clear in a day in your paycheck. You have the potential to work into a great job after 8-10 years.

    Advice to Management

    Promote employees to full-time faster.

    Pros

    Cons

very draining not that greatest of pay terrible hours lot of degenerates work here and just very one sided people not a lot of chance for advancement

    Pros

Honestly I could not think of any pros, I am being very honest right now. Not a very good company at all

    Cons

Missing out on family events is something you have to get used to. My driver complained so much about his job, even talked about him wanting to commit suicide.

    Advice to Management

Give these people a break once in a while, the workers are way to stressed and missing out on family time, that's what life is about.

  8. Not an exciting career unless you plan on waiting possibly years for better opportunities

    Pros

Part time, Early shift, Benefits, Open for advancement, Seniority based

    Cons

Work Times fluctuate too wildly, Poor working conditions, counterproductive safety measures, Breaks a lot of company policies to get job done

    Advice to Management

Work on updating loading centers. enforce weight limits. Understand workers are human and not machines built to lift 100+ pound boxes repeatedly and expected move quickly.

    Pros

Salary/benefits are good. There are some great people to work with here. Company has a long history and thus is expected to be around for quite some time.

    Cons

Hours 60 per week gauranteed. Production goals have gotten overly aggressive in the past few years. The company has become reactive instead of proactive

    Advice to Management

We need to treat people better. As a whole employees here feel like they don't do a good job. This stems from the way we manage by exception I believe.

    Pros

I like that I got to get some exercise while I was working.

    Cons

The biggest con is that they will hardly help in regards to working around your schedule for example if you are going to school part time.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to have your company work with your hard working employees more.
