    Pros

a lot of extra work for no pay. in order to do this, you need to be fully committed to the agenda in which you are protecting, if you are worried about your own personal development do not do it.

    Cons

dealing with people who are satisfied in the positions they have been given, also there are people there that will take advantage of the position for their own personal enjoyment often at the expense of others.

    Advice to Management

start to trust the lower enlisted a little more. do not allow for people to continue to take advantage oh such a great opportunity.
