    Pros

Great Colleagues, potential to learn a good deal of product knowledge.

    Cons

Upper management within the division and on the corporate level keep creating obstacles that interfere with our selling time and ability. If they could they would have you work 24/7. There is no respect for the employees.

    Advice to Management

Follow your food, food people and easy motto. We sell groceries.

    Pros

Free water, clean bathrooms, Mc Donalds across the street

    Cons

Terrible pay, work life non existent, inept managers, unaccountable directors. This place wants you to work 60 hours a week for chump change. Sysco reps walking the floors like they own the place and lies from upper management keeping people confused and scared. Poor training for severely underqualified newcomers make the job even worse. I'm walking out the door with 3 other people and not looking back!

    Advice to Management

Fire yourselves and let people who actually care about the job take your place.

    Pros

Terrific delivery drivers! Customer service is lean, but does the best they can.

    Cons

High pressure with low returns on your time, energy and expertise. Hostile work environment with extremely low morale as we are facing constant threats of losing our jobs.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your customers and employees. Stop bullying your non union employees, and drop the micromanaging.

    Pros

    Is a job, pays bills.

    Cons

Managers are not emotional stable. Managers are acomodating their own people in positions that don't have experience. Procurement managers coming from sales. A lot of stress, work load is horrible with min tools to help. Too many chiefs!

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employee self reviews. There's a lot of lying, nepotism, bullying in the divisions. Communicate more about the adquisition.
