    Competitive pay with a good bonus program tied to your performance.

    Tobacco industry and high cost of living in Conneticut.

    Work Wasn't difficult
    Treated very well by the company
    Could work when needed not mandatory you attend every event
    Fellow employees were good people

    Cons

    There is not much room for upward movement at this position considering it is a menial job.
    Does not provide much of a challenge

    Advice to Management

    Give the lower level employees an opportunity for advancement.
    Try and give the field coordinators more responsibility to keep them on task
