“Small company but definitely improving”
Current Employee – been working at Uloop.com full-time for more than a year
Pros – Being a small company, the payment is less than you'd find at a big organization, but the flexible hours, opportunity to take ownership of projects, and awesome environment in downtown Chicago make up for it.
Cons – Lower pay than a big company might offer, but it's not terrible.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
