    Pros

Endless opportunities with advancement with one of the fastest growing companies in the world.

    Cons

Work and life balance. Do more with less is an unwritten motto here at UA.

    Advice to Management

Energy and passion is crucial to focus on with your team. As the company expands you can't lose focus on what matters.

    Pros

There is tons of growth with UA and an opportunity to be promoted from within. UA doesn't skimp when it comes to taking care of employees i.e meals, hotels, gear.

    Cons

Lots of young people and not many people on the way out. It could make it tough to move up.

    Advice to Management

I don't have much! It is a great place and everyone who works there has so much passion for the brand.

  3. Always moving forward.

    Pros

Had the pleasure to be apart of some of their biggest campaigns to date, but still always left knowing how great things were getting in the future. They are all passionate and forward thinking while bringing in some of the best minds throughout the industry. With smaller offices, it was great to be able to talk and learn from those who have decades more experience in a stellar environment.

    Cons

Never settled on a specific vision, which could be a good thing at times, but the constant back and forth in direction left for confusion among team at times.

    Advice to Management

Be more commutative in where things are moving and increase communication across the board. Loyalty is a strong memory, and not standing by employees says a lot about your leadership.
