Pros – Awesome perks (massages once a week, other cool stuff), great branding, people are nice and driven for success. Work with great brands, HR was awesome. Offered training videos that told you everything you need to know.

Cons – It's growing, so the Chicago office was particularly small. You may find that it feels like family, but I liked companies of larger scale.

Pros – Great Benefits, work life balance, employee recognition programs, fun company events, good morale, work from home option, good health with gym reimbursement, summer Fridays.

Cons – Long hours, early mornings, not enough overtime meal reimbursement, not a lot of room for career advancement, not enough vacation time.

Advice to Senior Management – Not a lot of advice, I think management does an amazing job at keeping employees motivated and excited to work at Undertone.
