    Pros

If you are dedicated to improving yourself and Unilever you will be supported and rise in the company.

    Cons

Work life balance is totted but if you want to get ahead throw that out the door. Can get away with reasonably longer hours, but mgmt seems to be on beckon call 24/7. In supply chain at least. Good work is rewarded with more good work.

    Advice to Management

Keep being supportive of employees, recognize and reward dedication and loyalty. Continue increasing transparency and top down alignment.

    Pros

if you're a hard worker you'll rise to the top. If you're not you'll be exited from the business. Lots of opportunities to work abroad. Very interesting and at times satisfying work

    Cons

work life balance is awful. You're expected to work way too many hours. You either keep up with the work or like I said before you're gone.

    Pros

Global company, helps you diversify skills across multiple aspects of brand management like different categories , brands products and also develops core marketing skills

    Cons

Hierarchical in decision making, there are too many cooks in the kitchen sometimes given the global nature of the business , growth is slower than other nimble smaller sized companies, quite process oriented

    Pros

Unilever offers a wide variety of opportunities. Everyone is very willing to share their experiences and offer advice on where you may fit best.

    Cons

The on boarding training needs work. Also with Unilever being such a large company, the HR departments are rather small resulting in a serious service deficiency.

    Advice to Management

The HR needs additional resources in order to provide better assistance to new employees. There was a distinct gap between recruiting teams and the on boarding correspondence.
