I have been working at Unilever

    Pros

The company has strong history and values. The products are globally known. With strong finance to support the marketing campaign, success of product success almost always be sure.

    Cons

With much change in the market, organization and bureaucracy need to adjust, but it seems the adjustment may made lots of good and loyal employees become uneasy and finding other opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People is still the most valued asset to the company. It seems that this value has been diminished from the philosophy. Changes and efficiency is needed, but without sacrificing the good and loyal people.

I have been working at Unilever full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Unilever is probably the longest standing marketing company in the world. Therefore, there are many processes and best practices for you to learn and sharpen marketing skills, especially at the start of one's career.
The environment resembles that of a university, where you learn a lot, there are several extra curricula activities, the culture is great and make you feel like you belong. It's a great environment in general!

    Cons

Benefit is quite low, but in the long run, you get more by the experience, not the pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please improve the pay to keep your best employees (in vietnam)
