    Pros

    -Global, large scale, innovative IT, UN follows industry standard practices
    -Agile (flexible) work arrangements
    -Socially and Environmentally conscious operating principles - the company gives back to comminities and has strict sustainable sourcing standards
    -Very broad work experience. Roles change almost every year. Challenges are plently with support from Sr. Management which generates energy and motivation to perform.

    Cons

    -Salary growth has been very slow. Doesn't even keep pace with inflation.
    -Handling much more responsibility for several years with no promotion
    -intense competetition from colleagues
    -Management giving most of the choice opportunities with an advancement path to young job entrants right out of college.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take care of the long term employees that brought the company to where it is today. The UFLP will complete graduate degrees and run for the hills

    Focus on bias for action , results , pro active place and huge social impact by world tops brands.
    Here people are always focus on a target, almost always is GM%, profit or share market

    Cons

    Little training for low perosnal processes and development. Some times the process become a little repettive and what you do become actual a rutine for the company model.

    Lot of learning due to company's attempt be mark to market situation. lots of responsibility and less of low value added work.
