    Pros

Good system, Generous allowances and free food for breakfast, snacks and lunch. Even they provide us with free shuttle bus

    Cons

Not all the employees in management treat us well, sometimes they just ignored us like we're not present. For example, we were not invited to eat together, unlike other staff

    Advice to Management

Not all the employees in management treat us well, sometimes they just ignored us like we're not present. For example, we were not invited to eat together, unlike other staff. It would be better if they can treat interns better, especially this is a good chance for them to impress fresh graduates with their work life balance here

    Pros

Each brand has a separate team, like a small company within a big parent company. The team compete for sales & budget in a positive way. The marketing people were enthusiastic and friendly. The work was very busy but rewarding.

    Cons

I noticed that there was a politics in a top management, but not obvious in a lower level. If you want to stay in the company and climb up the pyramid, you may need to know these politics.

    Advice to Management

I like the fair evaluation system applicable to all the employees, including 360 evaluation. I hope the system will be employed to other companies as well.
