    Pros

Amazing support and guidance from manager to improve skills.
Large amount of responsibility for big projects from the start.
Opportunities to lead and manage my own projects.
Opportunities for bottom-up ideas and senior leaders respect your opinion.
Unilever culture easy to fit in and a great atmosphere to work in.

    Cons

A lot of high pressure work under tight deadlines.
Free ice cream every lunchtime isn't recommended for your waste band.

    Advice to Management

Make marketing less bureaucratic and reliant on agencies - bring the creativity and control back to Unilever. Continue the work with small tech companies to build up innovative programmes - it really helps develop something new.
Brand development needs to avoid 'westernisation' of projects especially given the percentage of business in emerging markets and avoid the infuence of the western location.
Grad scheme pay isn't competitive with the rest of the industry competing for talent - many good graduates are opting for consultancy positions or venturing into banking.

    Pros

good benefits and compensation, great bonus, salary review and increment in a timely manner. Global structure, multinational culture. Good learning opportunity. Cross functional working experience

    Cons

promotion in the manufacturing is hard to get, very competitive. Other than that, its a very good company to work in. I could not find any more cons.

    Advice to Management

year end review is not result and contribution based always. This makes employee frustrated. The working condition is some areas are not up to the standard. More investment could improve the situation.

    Pros

Best place to work, hands down. Lots of exposure to some of the biggest brands and upper management. I've been very fortunate to be a part of great teams where it truly felt like I was part of a family. A year after leaving the company, I'm still great friends with people I worked with and reported to.

    Cons

Lots of structure which is great for some people but not everyone.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do!
