    Pros

URI is a highly competitive and fast paced rental company with a great business plan.

    Cons

Long hours and no recognition for a great job

    Advice to Management

Upper management need to worry more about employee relationships rather that trying to find something wrong or someone not adhering to policy. They are to quick to write you up for the small things when ther are bigger things that need addressed.

    Pros

Their are several good people here within my district. Continuing to grow which can open up opportunities for personal growth if wanted.

    Cons

Too many layers of management. Some are fine while others are not on the same page as to what needs to happen within their own district. Can be difficult to move up if you do too good of a job at your current position. Some districts seem to have too many people looking out for themselves and their own agenda rather than working to build a good team.

    Advice to Management

Get the district managers more involved with their respective districts customers and employees. Work to build more of a supportive team. Look beyond the numbers and find a unified vision for your employees. Basically treat them the way you would want to be treated.

    Pros

Compensation, benifits, diversity of responsability, not boring

    Cons

Inconsistancy with accountability, functions like a bunch of different companies vs one at times

    Advice to Management

Work life balance is off with regards to my possition many hour spent trying to move an operation in differant directions all of the time. Overall goal is clear, but to much change in too short a period of time. Also it is pretty obvious that sr management is most concerned with share holders not customers contrary to what they comunicate.
