    Pros

Outstanding team with Optum, which is the health care IT role model and leader in the industry; good flexible hours, extremely bright talents

    Cons

Lots of traveling; high pressure on the stock price from the investors

    Advice to Management

Award employee stock option for grade 28 and higher, not just grade 32 or higher

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group

    Pros

Huge company with ample opportunity for variety; Optum is growing quickly and is well regarded within the industry; the company has a good track record of treating top performers well (comp and opportunities); company culture overall is generally supportive and positive

    Cons

Expectations for continued growth have created a fairly stressful environment in some segments of the business; frequent organizational changes and strategy shifts can be frustrating for some employees but the company has made efforts to improve on these aspects

    Advice to Management

    Nothing to add here
