I worked at Universal Orlando Resort full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is the best for not working in an administrative position. The hours are great and the benefits are awesome. The management team really do have an " open door" policy and give you what you need to succeed! You sell fun all day and its amazing!

    Cons

The only con that I saw was that the Guest Contact Center was not located at or by the park.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the open door policy and continue to promote from within.
