    No opinion of CEO

I worked at University of Calgary part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Extremely convenient to work on campus while in school -Everyone is very understanding that school comes first and extremely flexible to my class schedule

    Cons

-Limited desk space. Moved around a lot -Can be quite political and long processes to follow

    Advice to Management

Be open to new ideas. Just because something has been happening every year does not mean that it should continue if it no longer benefits the school or makes sense strategically.
