I have been working at University of California Berkeley as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexibility of hours was convenient particularly around exam season. Everyone was very nice and down to earth. Love the campus!!!!

    Cons

Could have focused more on professional growth of interns to better prepare for other positions. Also, micromanagement style by some supervisors was very uncomfortable and inefficient.
