    Pros

    Very relaxed environment, helpful staff

    Cons

Training was inadequate, pay for the job was way below what it should be for the actions being performed

    Advice to Management

Stop favoring the most inadequate workers and maybe your relationship with the rest of the employees would be better

    Pros

Good benefits, good time off. The staff members in my department are a pleasure to work with. There are a lot of advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Salaries are not competitive for the area. The health insurance premiums are pretty high, and I do not think they are in-line with the rest of their benefits.

    Advice to Management

Wallace Loh is a very personable leader, but it is often clear that he cares more about political correctness than any area.

    Pros

    It is hard to say.

    Cons

Salary is low. Career opportunities are not clear. The level of undergraduate students is just awful and so teaching is not always fun.

    Advice to Management

Increase the salary of Graduate Assistants, especially math graduate students - they are serving the whole campus.

    Pros

Student life, interpersonal interactions, and just a general easy going atmosphere within the campus. The work can be interesting at times but this was only occasionally. The pay is good for stupid simple jobs.

    Cons

Not challenging work so you can get bored easily, not easy to grow within the company, and the pay isn't fantastic and almost impossible to get a raise.

    Advice to Management

Allow better access for your research associates to get more acquainted with the department they're working for. You generally just feel like a lemming tossed in to do a specific set of instructions and then just rinse and repeat.

    Cons
