Former Employee – worked at University of Maryland
Pros – - hire anyone
- good starting job to fill resume
- exposure to many key technologies
- bosses are really smart
- most flexible working hours you could ever hope for
Cons – - pay is horrible
- some teams have better projects than others
- some work is very monotonous
- not everyone there cares about their job (unmotivated atmosphere)
Advice to Senior Management – Don't pigeonhole employees into doing one type of job, let them branch out and make sure the people who are productive are respected/preserved,
