Former Employee – worked at University of Maryland

Pros- hire anyone
- good starting job to fill resume
- exposure to many key technologies
- bosses are really smart
- most flexible working hours you could ever hope for

Cons- pay is horrible
- some teams have better projects than others
- some work is very monotonous
- not everyone there cares about their job (unmotivated atmosphere)

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't pigeonhole employees into doing one type of job, let them branch out and make sure the people who are productive are respected/preserved,
