I have been working at University of Miami (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great for studying. Lots of idle time & easy work to do. A great in-between job.

    Cons

No opportunity for advancement. The experience is almost useless. And the pay is extremely low.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. This job does exactly what it is supposed to do: its gas and "vexed" money.
