I have been working at University of Michigan full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Extremely intelligent and interested coworkers. Laid back atmosphere but there is a firm direction in place as well as a ton of patience for teaching someone new to the job (such as myself). Very flexible as far as hours go and a large emphasis on skill development and taking your own initiative for greater responsibility.

    Cons

I have yet to experience any negative aspects in my time working at the University of Michigan as of the current date.
