    Pros

Being a preschool, there was a very happy atmosphere. The school was carefully and organized and ran like clockwork. They were prepared for everything and made my job much easier as there was limited unexpected challenges.

    Cons

The pay was lousy. It was a grueling 8.5 hr day, trying to control a relentless horde of 3/4 year olds. Not a problem of the organization, but definitely a con.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation to low wage workers by offering them benefits or increasing base salaries. It's hard to be happy at work with $8.25/hr.

    Pros

It was a great learning experience among many experienced professionals in the health care industry.

    Cons

Would have liked to be exposed to more internal activities such as IRB meeting's as such but was not able to because I was a volunteered Intern

    Pros

Ross School of Business Kresge Library Services is a fast-paced electronic library environment. The opportunity to work with student action-based learning teams is the best part of the Reference Librarian's job.

    Cons

Constant change, and lack of transparency from upper management can sometimes be a problem. The library is in temporary quarters right now, a new building (with a lot less library space) is set to open in Fall 2016.

    Pros

Provides an environment with many opportunities for learning and meeting new people. Ability to move around to different areas of employment within because of the large size.

    Cons

Large size makes employees sometimes just feel like a number within the system. Sometimes tough to find the correct contact information for specific supervisors because of the size of the place.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees personally, rather than just a number that applied to the position. Keep track of how employees are doing personally for the environment happiness and success.
