    Pros

Great pay for a college job, real opportunities as far as tasks. Really good place to start if you are hungry for good duties and want to grow while you're in school.

    Cons

Top down management is heavy, you will feel like you're regarded as "just a student" a variety of times

    Pros

Convenient in location, Teachers are well educated and caring, the program gets you prepared for real world experiences as a nurse.

    Cons

Technology not as new as other nursing schools within the area. Study rooms close early on campus making it hard to find a place outside of home to study on late evenings or weekends.

    Advice to Management

Nursing students should be able to have access to Seton Hall for studying purposes.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to meet others, a world-class education, and a great atmosphere for research and innovation. The recreation facility is also great, and the health-care benefits are very competitive.

The city of Columbia is quite small, making networking challenging, but the town is relatively close to the bigger cities of St. Louis and Kansas City.

    Advice to Management

Promote a sense of learning and cooperation, because this is what keeps research moving forward.
